Jonas Molin är avliden

Skellefteå Squashklubb är i sorg! Jonas Molin är avliden han somnade in i sitt föräldrarhem tidigt på Fredag morgon.


Jonas som varit engagerad i klubbverksamheten sedan början på 90-talet gjorde ett storartat jobb då han hjälpt många juniorer i klubben. Han var en stor bidragande faktor till att juniorverksamheten i Skellefteå Squashklubb är en av Sveriges framgångsrikaste. 

Han lämnar ett stort tomrum efter sig.

    Hello, My name is Robin De Cock. 4 years ago I hitchiked from Antwerp (Belgium) all the way to Kiruna in Sweden to walk the Kungsleden. I met some great people and your country is absolutely beautiful. On my way back from the the north to the south I met Jonas Molin. He drove me From Skelleftëa all the way to the airport in Stockholm. He was a great man and a wonderful hitchhike-companion. I added him on facebook afterwards and we kept in touch once in a while. Then I saw he died on januari 5th 2017. I was honestly devestated. I befriended him in less then 48 hours and we really made a strong connection. We had a 800km adventure that I will never forget. Now his facebook is deleted and I have no way to contact his family. I can’t seem to find them on social media. He told me he had a son named Rasmus. I would love to meet the people he loved to talk to them. I am now studying as a Masters student at the Royal Institute Of Cinema and Sound (RITCS) in Brussels. I study director and for my final project I want to make a shortfilm about the few hours I spend with him. I am really passionate about this film because it tells the great adventure I had with Jonas in your beautiful country and if I don’t make it I will be the only one who remembers it. And I don’t think that's fair to Jonas. I am really sad that he’s gone. I hope I find someone who wants to skype with me about Jonas. If the family is not interested in seeing me or skyping with me I will understand and not mention his or their names in my film. I will respect their privacy. But I really want to know more about him and his life and death.. I hope this post will end up somewhere with somebody who wants to help me. I would really appreciate it. Kind Regards Robin De Cock
